Over the 36 years of its existence Le Vallauris has acquired an excellent reputation in handling off site caterings for corporate parties and weddings.
We have been called by many the premier catering company in the Coachella Valley and many former clients can and will attest to that.
We have discovered that the key to success is the way we communicate with our potential clients and brides. Chef Jean Paul and I prefer to sit down on our beautiful patio discussing the wishes and desires of our potential clients in person while presenting them with samples of our cuisine.
We then send a basic proposal that can be modified in any form the client wishes including budgetary considerations.
Our aim is to offer our customers a “one stop shop” personalized service considering that most of them do not reside in the Coachella Valley and do not have many opportunities to come to Palm Springs.
We can also be of assistance in providing or sourcing other services for them such as Rentals, Entertainment, Floral, Planning, etc.
A source of pride for us is that we prepare all food items on site and do not use methods of keeping prepared foods hot for long periods of time before the service therefore ensuring freshness and maximizing flavors.
Le Vallauris is capable of catering events from 2 to 2,000 guests!
We are hereby presenting several packages for your consideration, we can however tailor-make any menus in several ethnic varieties.

If you choose to formulate your own tailor-made menu please be advised of the following information.

The rate is for a maximum of 6 hours and overtime will be charged at a
flat rate of $25.00 per hour.
Rates are subject to change according to event type.
Le Vallauris is capable of providing equipment for parties of up to 125 persons at a charge of $10.00 per person. This includes most kitchen equipment, chinaware, glassware, silverware, linens (except specialty linens). Floral centerpieces, tables and chairs are not included. For parties of less than 50 people a flat fee of $500.00 will be charged.
Beverage Package: $28.00 per person
Inclusive Package: (except tax and gratuity)
4 (four) Hours of Premium Brands service
Overtime: $5 per person per hour over 4 hours

If you wish to choose the same wines as above for dinner, a charge of $32.00 per bottle will be levied. For other excellent wine selections, please see our website.

1 domestic (Miller) and 2 imported: (Corona, Heineken)
Garnishes:
Olives, Onions, Lemons, Limes, Cherries, Twists
20% on all food items and 15% on all beverage items
8.75 % (or prevailing) California State Tax
Tax is not levied on gratuities
We will require a 20% deposit on a confirmed contract and full payment is expected 72 (seventy two) hours before the event in the payment form agreed upon in advance or the function may be subject to cancellation.
Final number of guests shall be communicated to the restaurant 72 (seventy two) hours before the event. If a guarantee is not received, the expected number of guests will be used as the final number of guests.
Le Vallauris can also arrange and contract the following services on your behalf.
Entertainment, Special Lighting, Valet Services, Lumières, Votives and Candles, Flower Arrangements, Pool Flower Floats, Special Decorations, Ice Carvings, Chocolate Fountains, Transportation, Officiant, Wedding/Event Coordinator, Photographer and Videographer etc.
Le Vallauris will add their services to your bill with no mark-up except for a modest service fee to cover credit payment commissions.
